По данным силовиков, женщина 1989 года рождения за надежное вознаграждение оформляла мигрантам фиктивные трудовые договоры и поддельные миграционные документы. За несколько лет она легализовала более 300 иностранных граждан. Ей инкриминируют пункт «а» части 2 статьи 322.1 УК РФ – организация незаконной миграции.
Сейчас женщина объявлена в федеральный розыск, ее соучастники отправлены под домашний арест.
