Все к этому идет. Впрочем, как всегда, не обойдется без исключений. Депутаты Госдумы рассмотрят вопрос о запрете выдачи жилищных сертификатов мигрантам, получившим российское гражданство совсем недавно. Согласно предложению, в будущем претендовать на льготу смогут:
▪️ семьи, где один из супругов рожден в России; ▪️ те, кто получил российский паспорт не менее 10 лет назад.
Уточняется, что критерии для выдачи сертификатов регионы устанавливают сами. Теперь же в Госдуме предлагают влиять на такие решения через нормативный акт правительства.
Данный движ спровоцировал ряд прецедентов в разных регионах. Так, например, в Братске из 33 сертификатов на жилье почти все достались недавно получившим российский паспорт. В Хабаровске около 20% получивших документы были выходцами из Средней Азии и Закавказья, тогда как доля русских и других коренных народов в населении города превышает 95%.

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
