Bassano Ristorante має особливу історію. Уперше він відкрився в Донецьку у 2001 році зі шеф-кухарем-італійцем. Після окупації Донецька у 2014 році команда переїхала до Києва, де продовжила розвивати улюблену справу. У ресторані й досі працюють люди, які починали з перших днів його існування.
