Мотивировка отказа смеховторная: на Театральной площади и у Быханова сада пикетчики помешают борьбе со стихией, а на пл. Победы замене лампочек. И это не шутка.

В следующий раз пикет заявляем здесь, в местах провалов прямо у мэра "под носом". Ремонт станет причиной отказа? Если да, то уведомление о пикете уже готовим!
