По первому делу его обвиняли в покупке имущества, на которое у него не было официальных средств, в частности, виллы в Испании, а также там было еще пару статей.
Изначальный залог в 150 млн гривен был постепенно уменьшен судами до 12 млн, которые Борисов решил выплатить.
