Этим вариантом получения жилья за последний год воспользовались примерно 25 островитян из каждой тысячи жителей. Средний же размер ипотеки составил 4,1 млн рублей, что примерно соответствует цене 1-2-комнатной квартиры в Южно-Сахалинске или более крупной жилплощади в райцентрах.
