Прийдя к таким неутешительным выводам, политики решили... снять с себя ответственность за решение проблемы и поручили разобраться начальнику управления контроля и противодействия коррупции Рязанской области Сергею Сорокину.
Особенно забавно Малков говорит о необходимости кадровых перестановок, хотя многие из них происходили уже при нём и с его одобрения.
С таким качеством управленческих кадров вся губернаторская политика будет уверенно двигаться в направлении полного краха.
