“Основной упор будет делаться на та называемый ремонт картами — это значит, что ремонт не клочками осуществляется”, — уточнили на пресс-конференции о финансировании дорожной сферы.
Что ж, посмотрим, к какому всё-таки году Рязань станет столицей хороших дорог. Жители слышат одни только обещания.
