Ещё в 2022-м суд постановил ООО «Янтарный дом» снести лишний этаж новодела на Льва Толстого, 65.

Как-то застройщик изменил проект реконструкции старинного дома и выстроил по факту клубник: несколько этажей во дворе и двухэтажную часть вместо одноэтажного здания, выходящего на улицу.

Теперь тут сносят все подчистую и будут заново строить дом, но одноэтажный.

Интересно, в какую экономику застройщику вылился этот сыр-бор. Так-то симпатично было
