Но при чём здесь Казахстан? При том, что РФ — это один из экспортёров дешёвой пшеницы в нашу страну. Например, в 2023 году РК закупила у неё более 1,9 млн тонн. И возникает вопрос: не ударит ли этот мороз по продовольственной безопасности Казахстана?
