Об этом редакции сообщила гражданская активистка и художница Салтанат Ташимова. Она два года добивалась привлечения застройщика к ответственности за нарушения закона, и вот — лёд тронулся.
Балхаш-Алакольская бассейновая инспекция выявила нарушения, подала в суд и выиграла дело.
