Полицейские Бугуруслана задержали оренбуржца, который уже не в первый раз садится за руль после посиделок со спиртным.
На улице Белинского инспекторы ДПС остановили автомобиль, за рулем которого находился 26-летний местный житель. От молодого человека сильно пахло спиртным. На предложение полицейских пройти медицинскую проверку он отказался. Выяснилось, что ранее парень уже привлекался за подобное нарушение. Тогда ему назначали штраф в размере 30 тысяч рублей и лишили прав на 1 год 6 месяцев.
Сейчас уже возбудили уголовное дело, сообщают в УМВД Оренбургской области. Ему грозит наказание до двух лет лишения свободы.
