Бывший глава Серпуховского района находится в СИЗО-1 с февраля 2024 года — туда его этапировали после возбуждения нового уголовного дела. Шестуна обвинили в нападении на сотрудника колонии, в которой он отбывал наказания. В октябре ему вынесли приговор, увеличив срок с 15,5 до 17 лет колонии.
