Инфраструктурные кредиты для регионов, одна из лучших инициатив правительства последних лет. Самое яркое их проявление это хоть какое-то копошение в Нижем🚇 и Красноярске на строительстве метро. Без этих денег было бы очень грустно.
Минусы тоже очевидны: во первых мало, во вторых критерии. Не должно быть у Москвы возможности получить самую большую долю денег, там и без того есть ресурсы обновить вагоны в метро. Но нужно и повышение управленческих навыков кадров в регионах, чтобы не было как в Новосибирске🤗 со станцией Спортивная.
