Губернатор Александр Беглов подписал постановление Правительства Санкт-Петербурга «О бюджетных инвестициях на приобретение в государственную собственность Санкт-Петербурга нежилого здания по адресу: Санкт-Петербург, Среднерогатская ул., д. 15, корп. 2, строение 1».
Город выкупит у застройщика здание детского сада на 300 мест, расположенного на Среднерогатской улице в Московском районе. Общая площадь здания – 6,13 тысяч квадратных метров.
Объект приобретается для развития социальной инфраструктуры в микрорайоне, где ведется активное жилищное строительство.
