سلام شبتون به خیردوستانم، سوال 28،چگونه پذیرش ترسهابم به من اجازه میدهد با انها صادقانه روبرو شوم؟وقتی تا زمانی که با ترسهابم زندگی میکنم که عمری زندگی میکردم از ازاینده ای که هنوز نبومده ومعلوم نبود چه اتفاقی میخواد بیوفته منم با منفی بافیهام واسترسی که داشتم بهترس هایم پروبال میدم وقدرتمندترش میکردم، تازمانی که نپذیرم وصادقانه وارد ترسهایم نشم،نمی تونم ارامشمو حفظ کنم،اتفاق خوب یا بد بخوام نخوام خواهد افتادچه بترسم ویا نترسم ،باید بپذیرم وقبول کنم اون طرف ترس هیجی نیست ومن بیهوده بزرگش کردم وقتی میپذیرم راحتر وبا ارامش با ترسهام روبرو میشم ،ودبگه استرس ودلشوره ندارم که حالا چی میشه وچه اتفاقی میافته،یادگرفتم تمام امورزندگیمو به خدایم بسپارم وخودم وترسهامو رهاکنم وبه او بسپارم ومنتظر نتیجه نباشم چون مطمئنم خدایم بهترینهارو که اگه به صلاح منه برام در نظر گرفته پس نیاز نیست من بترسم وبه خودم خسارت بزنم ممنون وسپاس از شما دوستانم،،

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
