Вчера в книжном клубе "Под обложкой" на обсуждении романа Нейтана Хилла "Велнесс" (Фантом Пресс) собралось почти сто человек, не считая специальных гостей и нас с Женей. И когда я взяла в руки микрофон, чтобы открыть новый клубный сезон книгой Фантома, как и ровно год назад, то посмотрела на полный зал красивых, умных, читающих людей и книги с цветными закладками на столах, вспомнила наш живой и активный чат, наши камерные встречи и душевную Книжную Ёлку (где удалось, как я мечтала, собрать читателей, писателей, переводчиков, релакторов и издателей на одной вечеринке) и осознала, как много всего успело произойти "Под обложкой" за этот год!

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
