Давно бы так! Власти Северной столицы, похоже, услышали стоны петербуржцев, которые намаялись соседством с курьерами на электрических велосипедах. Сейчас они носятся на своих «байках» прямо по тротуарам, где ходят и дети, и мамы с колясками. Между пешеходами и доставщиками вспыхивают настоящие войны.
И вот, наконец, спикер ЗакСа Бельский выступил с заявлением: велокурьеров нужно передвинуть на дороги и запретить им ездить по тротуарам. Слова – долгожданные. Но. До решения вопроса на уровне закона еще далеко. Согласно ПДД курьеры на электровелосипедах приравнены к обычным велосипедистам.
А значит, эти «электровеники» тоже могут использовать для движения тротуар. И чтобы, правда, выдавить курьеров на дороги – нужно будет менять аж федеральное законодательство. Депутаты Петербурга! Выступите первыми в стране с такой идеей! Поддержим всем городом!

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
