Как сообщил Минфин, мера принята для «повышения качества кредитов».
Максимальный размер льготного ипотечного кредита для всех регионов, включая столицу, теперь составляет 6 млн руб. Прежде в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Московской и Ленинградской областях действовал лимит до 12 млн рублей.
