На самом деле я бы пошел совсем другим путем. Считаю, что каждый политблогер (помимо гентеста, конечно) должен получить и засвидетельствовать справки из ПНД и наркологички.
Как на оружие или водительские права. Уверен, так бы у нас добрая половина политблогеров просто отвалилась.
