Погода тут ни при чем, лето в Заполярье выдалось удачным. Можно предположить, что проблемы возникли после задержания главы «Мурманскавтодора» Владислава Алиева, последовавшей «перетряски» руководства областного Минтранса и черхады с контрактами в разгар строительного сезона.
Савельев добавил, что его ведомство взаимодействует с губернаторами, и все дороги будут сделаны в срок. А мы согласимся с коллегами по ягельной тележке, которые советуют новому министру транспорта Мурманской области Юлии Полиэктовой усилить контроль за работой подрядчиков и добиться от них качественного и своевременного выполнения обязательств.
Не менее важно разобраться с рынком дорожных работ: искоренить коррупционные схемы и внимательно проверить компании, которые срывали работы или получали подряды без конкурса. Это прямая обязанность региональной власти, поэтому, в случае невыполнения показателей нацпроектов, ответственность ляжет именно на неё.

And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
