Профессора физики приговорили по делу о крупной афере
Завлабораторией Института теплофизики СО РАН профессор Олег Кабов выслушал приговор по делу о крупном мошенничестве (ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ). Ему дали 5 лет условно, хотя гособвинитель требовал посадить учёного на 7 лет.
При этом по решению суда Кабов должен будет возместить Министерству науки РФ 7,2 млн рублей, которые якобы вывел из научного проекта. Подробности здесь.

"Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
