🏬Красноармейским районным судом осужден 35-летний местный житель, который в апреле 2024 года молотком разбил тройной стеклопакет дверей, установленных при входе в магазин в пгт. Восток, затем через дверной проем проник в помещение магазина, похитив 5 бутылок водки, 2 батона колбасы, булку хлеба и пакет. После совершения преступления подсудимый с места преступления скрылся, похищенное обратил в свою собственность, причинив материальный ущерб двум потерпевшим на общую сумму 1782,46 руб.
В судебном заседании мужчина вину признал.
Судом подсудимый признан виновным по ч.1 ст.167, п. «б» ч. 2 ст.158 УК РФ и, с учетом ст.69 УК РФ, ему назначено наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы в исправительной колонии строгого режима.
Приговор был обжалован осужденным и защитником.
Апелляционной инстанцией судебный акт оставлен без изменения, апелляционные жалобы - без удовлетворения.
