Детский рецепт на полдник (и взрослый пп)
1️⃣ творожок (~грамм 50, Алёнка не доела утром) 2️⃣ перепелиное яйцо (куриное просто слишком большое для такого количества) 3️⃣ чуть фруктового пюре (у меня было персиковое) 4️⃣ пару ложек муки (у меня всегда цельнозерновая из вкусвилла)
Все смешать и в формочки (чуть смазываю маслом авокадо). Формочки из fixprice.
