❗️В ходе осмотра места происшествия установлено, что ледяная горка не соответствует технической документации.
Возбуждено уголовное дело об оказании услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности (ч. 1 ст. 238 УК РФ).
➡️Следователи СКР устанавливают все обстоятельства произошедшего и просят граждан, получивших травмы при катании на горке, обратится в территориальный следственный отдел.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
