В Госдуме предложили запустить на федеральном уровне карту "Серебряный возраст" (аналог Пушкинской карты), с помощью которой женщины старше 55 и мужчины старше 60 лет смогут посещать культурные мероприятия.
Обращение министру труда по этому поводу направила депутат Яна Лантратова (документ есть у РИА Новости). Она предлагает в рамках этого проекта выделять по пять тысяч рублей в год на человека на посещение учреждений культуры. Такой проект уже действует в Петербурге.
