У нас ощущение, что рынок пошел в штопор, девелоперы наращивают цены только потому что 2 года последних они их наращивали и не могут остановиться. Ведь продажи на минимуме, а скидки, субсидирование ставки на максимуме. И все эти "плюшки" от девелоперов не спасают продажи.
