Что не день - то КРТ. А тут не КРТ, а КРТЕЩИЩЕ. Речь идёт проект в промзоне "Южный порт" - новую точку роста в Москве.

В этом проекте жилья в ГНС - 949 тыс. кв. м, а значит алчные девелоперы будут жать порядка 650 тыс. кв. м для реализации. Вырезкой в ЗУ является проект Кортроса - ЗУ "Южнопортовая, 21", где уже был вариант посадки проекта по принципу чек-листа "хорошего проекта" для Столицы.

В южном порту недавно утвердили КРТ на 935 тыс. кв. м разных видов недвижимости. Поэтому стройки в промке на 2+ мульта метров.

Родился в стройке, пожил в стройке, ну и ипотеку закрыл тоже в стройке.
