На ЗУ "Костомаровский, 3" архитекторы из Kleinewelt сделали ещё какой-то нереализуемый вариант - дома цилиндры.

Ранее был вариант, где просто отрабатывали ТЭПы, а теперь вот держите архитектурную фантазию. Влажную, архитектурную фантазию. Такие картинки делают для портфолио, а не для реализации. Потому что ни один девелопер это в работу не возьмет.

MR долго думал кому толкнуть эту площадку и толкнул, по информации Филатова, неким чувакам из девелоперской компании Balchug Estate.

Место для настоящих траинспоттеров, так как примыкает прямо к ЖД путям. Жирную элитку тут для рынка роскошной Москвы не навернешь.
