Довольно странно, что ПИК оставил синий и красный банки, а зеленый был выпилен из предложений по льготке. Так как условия по комиссии за гос. поддержку у них плюс-минус одинаковые. Рост цены по их условиям на 4-5%. То есть ПИК начал давать "скрытую" скидку.

Во как, государственный банк занимается побирательством даже больше, чем частные, рыночные игроки.
