ЛСР готовит к реализации проект "ЗИЛ Восток". Вот такую концепцию сделало мелкое бюро - Amirov Architects, которое особо ничем не известно. Возможно, проект делался в формате "бумажный", чтобы показать логику застройки, ТЭПы согласовать.

Получилось не очень симпатично - какой-то частокол башен со стилобатами. Уже начинает казаться, что первые очереди ЗИЛАрта - это реальный стиль и лицо проекта, все остальное пошло в масштабирование и попытки словить хорошую экономику проекта.
