Довольно приятная архитектура получилась у Основы на ЗУ "8-я Соколиной Горы, 26А". Эту площадку они купили у Ак Барса и смогли перекинуть из апартов в квартиры. Другие два проекта, купленные у Ак Барса - "Потешная, 5" и "Электродная, 2А" - остались апартами и ранее вышли в продажи. Поэтому развели и бренд - это будет UNO, а не EVOPARK. Много зонтиков, у Основы. Хорошо ли это, плохо ли - фиг знает, но преемственность чувствуется.
