У Гуты все проекты очень "долгоиграющие" на этапе проектирования и выхода на продажи. Если недавно мелькала современная концепция для ЗУ "Бауманская, 16", с информацией, что в следующем году будет старт продаж, то вот вариант 10 летней давности в стиле очень строгого, минимального неоклассицизма. Знаю, что многим сейчас такие домики в стиле "Доминиона / Шуваловского" очень уж нравятся. Хотя, сегодня в Столице если и будет классицизм, то максимально вычурный, как будто перед сталинками выпендриваемся здесь и сейчас.
