Это на 29% больше чем в августе 2024, но на 48% меньше чем в рекордном сентябре 2023 года. Судя по динамике рынка и события, которые на нем происходят - сладкий сентябрь 2023 года будет всеми вспоминаться с большой нежностью.
Рынок должен начать балансироваться на уровне 4-4,5 тыс. юнитов в месяц - сильнее не упадет, но и факторов роста сейчас нет от слова совсем. Только и остается гнать клиента "успей купить, пока ...".
Доля ипотечных сделок опять минимальна с весны 2022 года - всего 54% - ипотека. Главный вопрос, на который никто не знает ответ: "какая доля в сделках без ипотеки - рассрочка?".
