На Ижорской напрашивается как раз экономный эконом, но эконом по стикеру, не значит эконом по цене. Учитывая, что «Волжский парк» по 165 тыс. руб./кв. м не летит, а "Дмитровский парк" на высокой стадии по 175 тыс. руб./кв. м тут выйдут дешевле – 150-160 тыс. руб./кв. м.
