Бумажки все на проект "Пятницкая, 16 / Климентовский, 12" получены, какие-то идут закрытые брони, а в этот момент общественники прыгают двумя ногами на проект.

Локация топовая, в стиле "1 млн за метр". Пусть был бесполезный, почему его не застроить - отдельный вопрос. Качество проекта пока не обсуждаем, ибо нормальных, "продажных" рендеров нет.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill.
