✏️Готовим тыквенное пюре. Для этого тыкву очищаем, нарезаем средними кусочками и запекаем 40-50 минут при 180 градусах до мягкости.
✏️Измельчаем блендером, добавив немного воды по необходимости, чтобы пюре не было слишком густое.
✏️Отмеряем 200 гр.
❗Излишки можно заморозить и использовать в следующий раз.
✅Добавляем сахар и растительное масло. Взбиваем до однородности пару минут.
✅Просеиваем муку. Добавляем щепотку соли, разрыхлитель и ароматные специи по вкусу.
✅Добавляем мучную смесь к пюре и перемешиваем. Добавляем немного семечек или орехов.
✅Формируем небольшие печенья толщиной примерно 1-1,5 см.
✅Выпекаем около 20 минут при температуре 190 градусов.
