✅кабачок - 300 г (чистый вес) ✅масло растит. рафинир. (без запаха) - 130 мл ✅сахар - 130 г ✅манка - 150 г ✅мука - 150 г ✅разрыхлитель - 1,5 ч. л. ✅цедра 1 лимона ✅ванилин - по вкусу
✏️Натираем кабачок на средней терке. Добавляем сахар, масло, и манку. Ванилин и цедру лимона (или апельсина). Перемешиваем. Оставляем тесто на 30 минут.
✏️Разогреваем духовку до 190°, а пока добавляем в общую массу муку и разрыхлитель. Перекладываем тесто в форму.
✏️Выпекаем около 50 минут. Даем полностью остыть.
