Министерство здравоохранения РФ разработало проект приказа, который упростит прикрепление пациентов к поликлинике. Нововведения вступят в силу 1 сентября 2025 года.
Так, граждане смогут выбрать поликлинику, написав бумажное заявление и лично обратившись в лечебное учреждение, а также через портал "Госуслуги". Если человек решил выбрать второй способ, ему придется заверить заявление неквалифицированной электронной подписью, а также прикрепить свидетельства о рождении детей, если таковые есть.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
