Вечером 26 января в с. Исакове Завражной волости имел место следующий случай. У крестьянина этого села П. Кармунского был сговор дочери, и во время пира молодые парни, будучи под Бахусом, вздумали поддержать существовавший обычай и начали стрелять. Два выстрела сделали благополучно, но третьим выстрелом (очевидно, припышкой) хватило крестьянина А. Колесникова так сильно, что чуть ли не со всей его головы содрало кожу и изуродовало лицо.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula.
