С одной стороны, это можно расценивать как «второй шанс» - так называемая реабилитация и возможность встать на правильный путь, искупить грехи иными способами. С другой стороны, ситуация в образовательных учреждениях сейчас и без того неспокойная,чему детей может научить бывший уголовник?
Привлекать освободившихся из мест лишения свободы к, допустим, общественному труду - одно дело, а отправлять их в сферы, где происходит морально-этическое воспитание подрастающего поколения, - очень безрассудно.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
