Задержанный рассказал, что с начала СВО следил за медиаресурсами Алексея Навального, иноагентов Максима Каца, Михаила Ходорковского и других, а также за каналами украинских военкоров. Это сформировало в нем внутреннее убеждение воевать против российской армии.
Кроме того, в правоохранительных органах ТАСС уточнили, что перед получением точных инструкций от украинских кураторов задержанный трижды через интернет оформлял запрос на вступление в террористическую организацию.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
