Отметка нуля водомерного поста в Орске — 186,11 метров, а уровень локации, согласно топографическим данным, находится на высоте 197 метров, что позволяет сделать вывод — уровень воды в Урале очевидно достиг десяти метров и уже вовсю приближается к 11-и метрам. Ранее мэр Оренбурга Сергей Салмин прогнозировал достижение критической отметки этой ночью.
Проектный уровень дамбы, как ранее сообщала пресс-служба, был всего 5,5 метров. Еще утром в Урале была зафиксирована катастрофическая величина — 9,6 м. Судя по тому, что вода достигла центрального микрорайона Новый город — 11 метров не станут пределом.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
