На автодороге «Хасавюрт — Тлох» мужчина в никабе при проверке документов расстрелял из огнестрельного оружия двух сотрудников полиции, они госпитализированы. Стрелок был опознан, им оказался 41-летний уроженец Чечни Али Демильханов.
Полиция предупреждает, что мужчина передвигается в никабе — женской широкой одежде темных тонов, включающей перчатки, головной убор, закрывающий лицо, с узкой прорезью для глаз. Для его поимки объявлен план «Перехват».

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
