Владельцы судов собираются это решение обжаловать. Логика такая: судна были исправны и, по их словам, должны были разгрузиться до конца ноября, далее уйти в отстой. В итоге танкеры пробыли более 10 дней в ожидании разрешения судна-накопителя принять груз. Затем начался шторм.
Логика понятна. Но вот почему танкеры класса река-море времен Брежнева в принципе оказались в Керченском проливе в это время года – вопрос открытый.
Ждем сумму ущерба, который выставит Росприроднадзор. По аналогии с аварией в Норильске речь, скорее всего, о миллиардах.
