Продолжаем изучать #МестаРодины - эта неделя посвящена Магнитогорску. А это бывший санаторий "Южный" на окраине города. В прошлом году здравницу переделали в гостиницу для юных хоккеистов из академии "Металлурга". Здание 1960-х годов постройки сносить не стали, заменили начинку, а снаружи выкрасили в серый (дикой) цвет.

Хотя, например, некоторые сталинки в центре Магнитогорска зашили в вентфасады. Но здесь все получилось стильно. Рядом собираются построить современную ледовую арену для хоккейной академии

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
