Подготовка к марафону на орбите: тренировка на бегущей дорожке

В марте 2025 года ожидаем старт экспедиции МКС-73. В экипаже — Сергей Рыжиков, Алексей Зубрицкий и Джонатан Ким.

Для Алексея это будет первый полёт — сейчас он проходит ряд тренировок на бегущей дорожке «БД-2».

Тренироваться необходимо, поскольку состояние невесомости негативно влияет на здоровье человека. Особенно страдают костная и мышечная система, так как в условиях микрогравитации организм не испытывает ни осевых нагрузок (вертикального давления на позвоночник), ни опорных.

Такие тренировки препятствуют костной и мышечной деградации, их выполняют все космонавты без исключения.
