Вопрос по поводу незаконно выданного ордера отправляют в службу государственной регистрации, кадастра и картографии, хотя этот вопрос вообще не к ним. Ордера выдаёт ОАТИ. Всё. Прокуратура специально пересылает меня то на управу, то вот на еще одну контору, лишь бы не заниматься проверкой очевидного нарушения при оформлении разрешительных документов для строительства мечети в Косино.
