В результате атаки украинских беспилотников на завод в ночь на 19 декабря была повреждена установка первичной нефтепереработки. Затем загорелся топливный резервуар и, чтобы не создавать дополнительных рисков, завод остановил и вторую установку.
По словам замгубернатора Ростовской области Игоря Сорокина, ситуация с топливом в регионе стабильная, запасов на нефтебазах достаточно.
