Ну, а шо? Хто такі кацапи? Де вони, а де я? Не бачив, не чув. Прилетіло? Так не по мені прилетіло. А от за півасіком сходити не можу, бо ходять чорти по дворах, повістки дають на війну в області, які ніколи в житті не бачив.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred.
